Residential Financing with COVID
I spoke to my mortgage broker last week regarding refinancing one of my fourplexes. She informed me that the banks recently created new restrictions in response to the COVID crises, making it almost impossible for the self employed to get approved for any kind of residential financing. Has anyone else run into this problem? does anyone have any ideas how to work around this?
