whats the best way to find deals or properties in the DFW area?

Curious to figure out the best ways to find goood deals. I know its all in the numbers/ the buy, but locating properties seem to elude me. I give a realtor my critieria and I seem to always get back the same type results. I get them in my price range but they all seem to okay, no work need and set at market value. Anybody with any insight or willing to really help please inbox me. Thanks in advance
