How much value would it add to re-vamp my kitchen before selling?

Hi all! I’m new to Bigger Pockets, and I’m nervous and excited to put my first house on the market here soon! So I bought my first house (single-family pool home) in Florida 4 years ago. I fixed it up a bit and have been renting it out for 3 years now. I want to sell it now and reinvest in multi-family...My house is in pretty good shape, but the kitchen cabinets and wall-tile in the kitchen are a bit outdated. Not terrible, but it could be nicer. That being said, can anyone give me some insight on diy painting kitchen cabinets and sticking on that fake brick over the outdated wall-tile on the kitchen walls before selling? Would that increase much of the value? Should I just leave it alone?
