Government seized properties

Hello,

I'm reviewing opportunities from properties obtained by government seizures.  The third party contractor that administers the auction is called CWSAMS.  Everything that I have looked online appeared to be a legitimate contractor working on behalf of the various government agencies.  

If you have bid for properties through CWSAMS, I would appreciate your feedback.
