Is anyone currently offering 80% LTV cash out refinances? It seems like every lender has puckered up and is hiding under a rock for the rest of the foreseeable future...

Talk to Mountain America Credit Union, before COVID they had an in house 90% and 85% LTV product, cash out refinance... I have used both. I talked my loan officer there a couple weeks ago and he said they are only doing 80% LTV now due to COVID... So call them up, it's an in-house portfolio loan, so make sure to talk to the loan officer and not just a receptionist or something.
