Wrought Iron Spindles for the staircase.

I am looking at a house right now we like to live in. Love everything about it except the wrought iron spindles for the staircase.

Other homes in the development have double spindles for each piece of iron. This house has boring looking once twisted pieces that are not very attractive. I would like to replace with new spindles.

Would a stair company take off these ugly ones and give mea partial credit and replace with better ones I pick out?? I think besides the cost of the new spindles it would be that hard to take the old ones out and reattach but I do not know. Stairs go up 3 levels.
