Looking to buy in White Oak Texas
I'm trying to find someone who's very familiar with White Oak Texas. It's a small town just outside of Longview (East Texas). The market is very high for the area due to the exceptional schools. I'm looking to buy my first home with a FHA loan and we plan to one day make it a rental. Any guidance or advice would be much appreciated.
