Real Estate Agent & General Building Contractor

William Heard
Posted

Hi everyone, I’ve been a general building contractor for 40 years and recently became a real estate agent. I would like to utilize my two skills together. I can be a big asset coming in and helping people get their home ready to sell, such as doing repairs, fix it items, etc. Does anyone know if I can advertise as a real estate agent and a general building contractor on the same marketing letter?
I want to advertise something like this:

Thinking of Selling Your Home?

Let Me Help You Get it Done!!

With a Sold Sign I’m on hand and a hammer in the other hand?
