COVID has wreaked havoc in everyone's lives and to help with the impact our government has placed programs to help homeowners get through this pandemic. A forbearance is a great option, but it can greatly hinder your future real estate goals. Reaching out to my savvy lenders I fear that most of us are unaware of their consequences.
