All I want to know is how important is dress. I know that you need to dress respectfully, but is tucked in shirt and dress pants or suit and tie really necessary.

What are you doing? Flipping a house? Meeting with a lender? Trying to raise funds for a syndication? Inspecting your rentals?

This is posted under "General Real Estate" so I don't even know if you are a sales agent, investor, or garbage man. Can you respond with a little more context?
