building a buyers list for owner financing
I have read a lot of past post about building a buyers list. They all seemed to be tilted towards whole selling. I like the idea of owner financing the properties I get instead of whole selling them. I have done some of these kinds of deals in the past. The guys I have talked to told me it was a waste of time building a buyers list for owner carry, due to the folks were one time users and very flacky.
