Land In Lehighton Pa

Posted

I am a Newbie to Bigger Pockets. I own a piece of Land in Lehighton PA, 1/4 mile from PA Turnpike and 500 feet from the entry to Beltzville Lake, 1000 feet from State Route 209.  30 years back this land had plans to build a 90,000 SQ ft of Strip Mall but personal life took a huge detour and the project was canned.
Last year St Luke's a well know Hospital in Bethlehem PA announced they are opening a 80 bed hospital across my land. The Hospital has already acquired enough land to add office building and Labs.

Now I am wondering what will be a best way to handle this property. What is a better use of this land. Strip Mall with restaurants and grocery store, Hospitality as its off the turnpike, outlet mall or a small warehouse.

Any guidance will be much appreciated!
