Time to refinance? Fed rate at ZERO
Is now the time to run to the bank and refinance?
What effect will the 0% Fed Rate have on loans both residential and commercial?
I have one commercial loan at 3.75% and the fixed term is up. What can I expect from the bank at this point? The loan is held in house at the bank.
I also own my personal residence free and clear. What can I expect on a cash out loan with the 0% Fed Rate.
Seems like this may be a good time to get all the cash out of everything at a long term low rate and then wait for the deals to come.
