Need Help selling land zoned for MFH

Currently have a 2.11 acre lot of land roughly 1 mile south of the University of Texas at Arlington campus. It is already zoned and surrounded by student housing. I'm used to selling single family properties and not land like this. Any advice/suggestions are welcome. Thank you
