Search for Owner Finance Buyer

OF should be a Win-Win, my property in Lake Mary Florida is located in a very nice neighborhood, great school district. So I assumed people will be happy to get OF option. But look like the MLS is not helping to emphasis the OF Win-Win situation.

I was assuming that OF option in a nice area will bring buyer from distance... BUT from what I can see so far, only local people that know the area are looking...

Bottom line, the MLS is not a good tool for OF, I'm sure that a tool that can bring Owner Finance Buyers and Sellers together can be greatly appreciated by both sides.
