Do you have a real estate attorney?

Hello BP!

I read somewhere that it might be beneficial to have a real estate attorney. I am a newbie and as such, would like your opinion/experience on having a personal attorney. I'm all for covering all the necessary bases, but I think this might be a little bit of a stretch. 

Thoughts?
