Helping a retired combat vet with his house (gofundme)

I'm subscribed to Daniel (Hydroarmor) on Youtube and he posted the following video yesterday:

Long story short, a retired Marine vet had purchased a lemon of a house that was damaged during/after Hurricane Sandy and hia house is slowly sinking under (they suspect the seller knew about this). Daniel is trying to help him with what he can, but a lot more monetary assistance is required. I thought it'd be nice if BP members could come together for a good cause (if anyone is in NJ and has experience/connections with something like this, it would be awesome if you could help with a legal avenue, perhaps).
