Good Neighbor Next Door

Hi BiggerPockets Members - I have a question regarding the Good Neighbor Next Door program. My fiance is a teacher, so she qualifies for the lottery homes in this program (usahuds.com) and we meet all other criteria so that is not an issue.

My question is this - We do not wish to live in any of the homes from the program (due to the location of them), but want to take advantage of the incredible deals this program offers. Instead of living in the home ourselves, we would purchase the property and rent it out. I understand this isn't the point of the program and we would be taking advantage of it, but does anyone with knowledge of the Good Neighbor Next Door see any major issues with this?
