First time home buyer
Looking to buy a duplex to quadplex . Is the fha loan best? I have a 700 credit score and $10k

Hi Adam, yes with $10,000.00 to put down, I think an FHA loan would be an excellent choice.
Just has to pencil with $10,000.00 not being more then 3.5% of the purchase price as FHA loans are typically 3.5% down.
