Recommendation for property management in Indianapolis, IN

I want to buy my first rental property in Indianapolis, IN. I am looking for a good property management company who can help me find good properties, tenants, and contractors. Pls help me find good companies in that area.

Since I live in California, I do need some suggestions and recommendations regarding locations as well.
