Best area in Huntsville for Multi-Family

Hello, I am taking a trip to Huntsville AL in November, and interested in multi family properties in the area. I currently live in Maryland, so I am not familiar with the area. I’m reaching out to hopefully get some area recommendations for best places for multi family homes and/or up and coming local areas. Thank you all in advance.

My partners and I own some rental in Huntsville, and I will be in town the weekend before Thanksgiving to check on a few projects, if you are in town we need to grab a beer! We don't focus too much on multifamily but I would love to help in any way that I can.
