I visited some Indonesian islands about a year ago and I absolutely loved it, so much so that we reccomened our friends to go, they went and visited Bali, and also LOVED it. So i had this crazy idea, why not invest in Bali vacation houses?

Has anyone ever experienced RE investing in Indonesia or SouthEast Asia in General?

What would be some different laws, pros, cons to this?

@Steven Wilson short answer: there’s lots to consider but I agree, it’s an interesting market. Key is to find a reliable local partner.
