Weirdest thing you have ever "inherited" in a real estate deal
So today I went on a listing appointment and the house needed some help. The seller was motivated and was ditching stuff when an opportunity arose. Long story short, I got an old Chinese slot machine and listed this guys house. A solid afternoon until my wife said she had no interest in a slot machine in our home near our future children haha!
What is the craziest thing you have inherited vie real estate purchase/sale or that you purchased along with your deal. Include pics if possible!

We didn't end up buying it but the best I saw was a backyard urinal that 'fed' Nitrogen infused urea to several large healthy fruit trees & a row of grape vines. The old guy & his friends made their own wine & grappa in the back enclave so I assume it was well used & flowed often.
In one we did buy we found a large steam chest of very old silver tea sets & crystal under an enclosed staircase. Later I asked my partners wife what happened to the silver & she told us she tossed it because it turned black!!!
