Hey Guys,

LOVE what we are hearing about Midsouth in Memphis, and due to long waitlists...what other companies are out there with same price range and customer service? Looking to average about $70k a house, 3/2, and with property management built in. Any ideas? Stick to waiting with Midsouth?
