New York Attorney State

Hello Everyone,

1st Does anyone know a great investor friendly attorney in Ny? are you an NY investor friendly attorney?

2nd Can I go into purchase agreement and assignment and then into escrow with out the attorney? (I’m thinking I can use their name with their permission)I can see the process slowing dramatically if I have to wait for the attorney to answer the phone.

I appreciate the feed back in a huge way.

Hello Manny,

1. I recommend you reach out to @Jerry Quintiliano who is an excellent RE attorney in NY and an investor as well.

2. In NY, you need an attorney when purchasing Real Estate.
