Finally closed on my 1st property out of state!!
After being a member of BP for 2 years and learning as much as I could, I finally took the leap! Purchased my 1st place in Baltimore...It was an estate sale that my realtor helped me locate. It was in excellent condition just needing some updates. I am in the process of getting it painted and pulling up the shag carpet. I already have renters lined up and ready to go. And I just put another offer in on a short sale, I know that may take a while but we will see.
