What happens after you close a deal? (wholesaling)

Hi, I'm fairly new to the real estate business and I love the idea of wholesaling. I am familiar with everything besides the closing part which is in my opinion, the most important part. So, what is the process of after you close a deal, like the contracts and all that. Can someone please walk me through everything that happens during this part?
