LSF-9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST (Aka: LSF9)

Posted

Does anyone have experience purchashing properties owned by LSF-9 Master Participation Trust ? They are also linked to a company called Caliber.

Anyone been forclosed on by them?

I'm looking at a property that is owned by them and I'm concerned about the clarity of the title due to the way they have obtained these properties.

I found an article from 2015 by a guy named Steve Hofer on them. At that time LSF9 was headed by John Grayken.

I think theres some deep doo here and I find it intriguing.
