Trying to get a hold of homeowner of an off market property

Hello!

There is a property I found while driving around, but I can't seem to find the owner. The property is vacant (tall grass, delinquent taxes, etc.). I get a name when I search the house on the MLS (I am licensed) and tax office, however, after some more digging, I found that the listed owner has passed away. I then looked up the owner in the probate court docs. I found that there was an internal family battle for guardianship of the owner as she was ill, but guardianship ended up going to a professional guardian. It was brief since the owner passed a few months after. In the documents, it is stated that the owner's assets were released to the correct people but does not specify more than that. Also whoever the property went to listed it two months ago but terminated the listing. What would be the best way to find the owner?

Thank you!
