Rules of Thumb: Charlotte, NC
I am going down to Charlotte, NC in about a month so I can scope out some potential investment properties to BRRRR. I am wondering if anyone from the area could tell me which areas you are excited about, or which areas you would stay away from altogether?
Are there any good rules-of-thumb to follow? For example: here in DC, if you start in the center (DC) and go north-west, you pretty much can’t go wrong (except for a few small problem areas). Conversely, you don’t really want to invest anywhere southeast of DC; at very least, you want to be careful doing so.
