Investing in location vs. a ‘good deal’ on paper
Hey BP community- I'm starting out in the business and some established investors I've spoken with say that using the famous BRRRR method now is almost impossible considering that most ‘deals' are found off market and or ‘don't exist at all'. Now, the haters wont stop me just yet, but I want to know what you all think.
Grant Cardone comes out on instagram praising location over a nice deal on paper cause location is that one variable you can never change.
Would you adjust your business model to account for the current market environment and disregard the rigidity of tried and true models that currently exist?
Let me know your thoughts, your stories, and why you agree or disagree.
Much love for BP,
Kevin
