Hi everyone, 

I would like to know if anyone has experience buying from Central Realty Group in Milwaukee? or if you know anyone that has experience with them?

I have seen some interesting deals that they are offering but would like to know about any experience with them.

I believe that is Aziz's business - I have not done a deal with them, so can't tell you one way or another, but it does not really matter who you buy from - you are vetting the deal, not the seller!

Make sure you have a good understanding of the neighborhood and the capex situation - ideally draw up a 10+ year capex schedule, so you know what you will have to spend. Use a BP calculator to run numbers!
