Out of Zillow, Realtor, Trulia, Redfin, etc., which listing websites are more accurate?

@Dilman R. Realtor.com receives a direct MLS feed, so I'd say that's the most accurate.

Trulia is owned by Zillow.

Zillow receives SOME MLS feeds, but not all. Zillow scrapes a lot of data from other places and makes some really horrific mistakes.

Example - I had unit 1 of a 2-unit condo listed.  The other unit had been off market for many years.  Zillow smashed both together and created a new listing that had never existed.  I found out when I go an IRATE phone call from the agent who had last listed unit #2 - she accused me of stealing her photos.

I didn't - Zillow combined both listings and all of the photos to represent a fictitious listing.

The day before I listed my last home for sale, Zillow and Trulia disagreed on the value of my home by $60,000.

Whatever you do, do NOT rely of the Zestimate for any sort of decision making.  They're just awful.
