Do you need to put Purchase and Sale into Escrow immediately?
Hello,
New to wholesaling, just got this Purchase and Sale Agreement signed the other day and was worried about other wholesalers or buyers trying to go behind my back and doing a deal with the seller.
If I have the P&S signed with the owner will that prevent other wholesalers or buyers to make a deal without me? Or do I have to officially put the P&S into escrow with title company?
