Anyone every deal with mold intolerance?

Hey Y'all! I'm a broker/investor in Alabama with a unique situation. I'm representing the sweetest family (moving here from Baton Rouge) and the wife has a mold intolerance. Every property that they've offered on has to be subject to a mold test. Her doctor wants these levels to be at or below a "2" and so far we've had levels at or above 10. These are newer properties without obvious water intrusion, etc. We're feeling very discouraged and I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and may know of a solution. It's hard to remediate something that you can't even see. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
