Are you worried about slowing home transactions in 2019?

I've read a lot about the slowing of home sales and transactions so far in 2019. This article had me more alarmed than others

https://ad-venturing.com/2019/03/26/housing-growth-hits-a-brick-wall/

They have a graph/picture in the article that show National home sales down 8.2% so far in Feb.

How are you guys protecting yourselves from a possible downturn? What happens if interest rates go through the roof?
