Hey all!! I'm looking for condo options in the greater Denver area. Anyone have a condo for $150k or less around town? I'd like to stay on the west side of town, but open to options.

Check zillo coming soon. That's an entry price point that moves quickly. As long as your agent has you on the search, that's your best bet. There are a few agent's only FB groups that have coming soon for Denver.
