    @Van Duncan Most reputable title companies won't do double closing, but there are plenty that will....if you are doing simple contract assignments like 99% of wholesalers, any title company can do your workup and assignment docs...we use Byas Law and Great American Title Agency.

    I've used PM Title and World Class.  I've heard Stewart is another big one here too.  

    Good luck titles are backed up at the state level right now.
