Hi everyone, I’m a current engineering student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and I’m currently employed at my future engineering job which I’ll continue to work while I’m in school. I wanted to purchase a small multifamily triplex or fourplex in the University area near the school but there isn’t any available. I’m actually considering househacking a single family home in that area and rent out the rooms to other college students. Is that possible to do? If so is it also possible to include lease agreements? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
