I found this interactive map on another post for Indiana that shows the different zones as a general guide to best places to invest, but I cannot find out how to search other states. Anyone know how?

@Brian Christensen

This would have been made as said before, but looks like a pretty basic layout. This type of thing is exactly how @Omar Khan does his initial underwriting of a property and its area. Take a look at his BiggerPockets article on the topic https://www.biggerpockets.com/member-blogs/10776/7...

To make a well structured map needs to include elements (layers) such as:

  • Median Income
  • Area Square foot income and expenses
  • Major stores and shopping facilities
  • Major employment developments
  • Sold property comps

and others you believe are key for the area
