Scaling up to 20+ apartment units.

Hi everyone, I am an investor from NH. I house hacked a duplex in 2016, then with two partners, we bought a three-unit apartment in 2017 then another 3 units in 2018. We are starting to think about scaling up, but in NH there are not a lot of viable 6 to 10 unit places, but there are some good 20+ units. Is it advisable to go to 20+ unit after having only two three-unit apartments? We have a management company that takes care of the units. Also, any advice on raising funds for larger units would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Aseeb Niazi
