So you reach the point your flip is complete and want to move it quick. What are the best/most effective marketing tactics you've found for selling your property? All info appreciated!

By far, my two biggest recommendations are:

1. Stage it. Some people say that they don't find it necessary to stage and can still sell their properties quickly without staging but if that were the case, you probably wouldn't have asked this question... :)

2. Put it on the MLS. Whether you use a flat fee listing service or a full-service broker, get the property on the MLS. The bulk of today's buyers are using agents to find properties, and if you're not listed on the MLS, they likely won't look at yours.
