Seller Financing an Agent Listed Property
I am finding multi-family properties that are listed by commercial agents, and I want to ask if the seller would consider seller-financing. Does anyone have an opinion on how to do this respectfully? Would I ask the agent? Should I try to contact the seller directly? Should I ask the agent, and if they say no, ask if I may contact the seller with that question directly?
Thanks friends,
