The scent of your house can make a big difference on the perception of a buyer. Before showing your house, bake cookies to give it a delicious smell that everyone loves or clean surfaces and  mop floors for a fresh, clean smell.

Remember, first impressions are everything. Next to curb appeal, the first things people notice when they walk inside are the ones that affect their senses, like sight, sound and smell. You want your prize property to not only look great, but to have a smell that makes a visitor smile. To reach visitor emotions further, play some pleasant music in the background. Stay tuned for Tip #2.
