I have a condo that I started out with and I just purchased a 2 family home. I have about 250k ready to be deployed just want to hear some ideas from others whether I should stay the multi family route or venture into other areas.

@Justin B.

I would suggest the BRRR strategy if you have the time to purchase property that needs some work. Maybe multi-family residence, so the units that you are not renovating can still bring in income. I would suggest a property that is under valued and just needs cosmetics, so as tenants move out, you can update the unit, or do some updating while the tenants are occupying the property. When the property is updated and has an increased value, you can cash out refinance and get your money back out of the property.
