How the Government Shut Down Effected Realtors

Here's the article: https://www.nar.realtor/what-a-government-shutdown-means-for-realtors

What is your take on this issue? How has the government shutdown effected your clients and your business? Was any agent suppose to close on a house last week and couldn't because of the shutdown?

This hasn't effected my business as much as it has to my co-workers. My brokerage works with a lot of first time home buyers and USDA loans, everyone is feeling the sting. I know this is short term but its a thorn in a lot of agent's side or at least, those who were suppose to make a commission last week.

Anyways, curious to know what you all think.
