Anyone finding Flips in San Diego?

Is anyone finding fix and flip opportunities in San Diego in this slowing housing market? I am being told that listings for homes in poor condition are still receiving multiple offers, but they appear to be listed on the market for longer.

    Yes, mine are all off market but I’ve got four in escrow and three closed in the last 60 days.

    @Tim G. Are you doing full rehabs on your deals or do you wholetail as well (buy, clean, list). I think I read you don't wholesale anymore due to volume correct?

    I do a little of everything, more wholesales than I expected this year, occasional wholetails and occasional flips. 6 of these are wholesales, 1 flip or wholetail. Haven’t decided yet.
