QBO reporting. Can anyone assist?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to get A better handle on my financials for my rentals. Can anyone recommend the best reports for QBO or what custom reports to have on QBO? Aside from the regular financial aspects I was also looking to see if I could incorporate vacancy rates, repairs logs & costs, really anything to help me understand my business and finances better. all the properties are properly setup on QBO using the class system.
