BRRRR Partnerships Questions

David VanWert
Posted

Looking to diversify from being an LP in syndications and was looking into leveraging available HELOC and BLOC to fund BRRRR's.

Question is, is there companies or individuals that typically looks for partnerships for BRRRR deals? I am initially leaning toward equity partnerships but am definitely open to other options as well.

I see lot's of individuals using the BRRRR method to great success but not much discussion in the way of partnerships in this realm.

Any thoughts, input and assistance would really be appreciated.

Thanks!

@David VanWert The challenge with a BRRR partnership ship is really timing... what I mean is that we’re o key using our money on the very first deal, The you execute BRRR and do it all over again with your initial cash that you just pulled back out. That said, for me to partner with someone at this point, they need to bring something to the table aside from cash, since the BRRR method provides for recirculating cash from deal to deal. The exceptIon Would be if I was lookIng to move Into larger deals and needed more cash than I had on hand to fund my next deal.

@Mike Dorneman that was my thoughts exactly, would be to find a partner that has a process in place and bring additional funds to the table that would allow them to either move into larger deals as you mentioned or a greater amount of units in a much shorter time frame.  Thanks for the feedback!
