new construction @ $150k or under. Does it exist ?

Currently looking around the country for any new construction in the $150k range (to cash flow B&H) . Does this exist anywhere or I am crazy ?     

We currently have some rentals in Jax and I know you can find some new SFH's in the low $200's/195k range. But looking for something a tad less if that's even possible.
